Bring the whole family and join us for the 9th Annual Black Rock Halloween Parade & Pizza Party - a Black Rock Halloween tradition. Fun, Food, Scary Stories, Tricks, Treats and much more. Goodie bags for the first 400 kids
Costumes encouraged but not required. Gather at Ellsworth Field starting at 5:00 for the 5:30 parade to the library with a Mounted Police escort and then the party begins!!
