The Cue restaurant is the latest endeavor of Chef Joseph Yorio who is the owner, chef, and creator of Event Caterers & Gourmet to Go. You will find our menu to be extraordinary, Each dish is meticulously prepared using old world cooking methods on natural wood. The grill is wood fired and we have a 22ft smoker that stands as our centerpiece where we slow cook in our pit for up to 12 hours on oak, hickory, maple, and applewood. We are proud to say that our meats, seafood, & vegetables are sourced from local distributors around our area. We have specialty cocktails, a vast array of beers, a bar menu thats served until midnight on Friday and Saturday ,desserts, and a Whole 30 Menu(a healthy option which removes all grains, dairy, soy, legumes, sugar, artificial sweeteners).
