Description
In 2012, Anna Llanos started baking in an Airstream trailer she had converted into a mobile bakery. Soon, the sweet aroma of freshly baked cookies, muffins, and breads were filling Ridgebury Road and attracting the attention of local residents and businesses. Before long, the Mothership had regular customers stopping daily for their favorite coffee and baked goods.
Now, the Mothership has expanded to include a free standing bakery and cafe on Main Street in Danbury, as well as a cafe space inside the Ridgebury Corporate Center. Open year round, we offer many options, including full bakery and catering orders.
All of our baked goods are freshly made every day. Our daily offerings will include a selection of fresh scones, muffins, cookies, breakfast frittata, paninis, quiches, pastries, stuffed breads, and whatever we Anna may dream up.
We have great lunch options...all bread and condiments are made from scratch in our own kitchen. We roast our own meats, and slow cook our soups and sauces. Because we use local and seasonal produce, our menu changes weekly.
We serve delicious brewed organic coffee, as well as espresso beverages including latte, cappuccino, and americano. Prefer tea? We offer an exceptional variety of local favorite Harney Teas which are delicious both hot or iced.
Here is a sampling of our sandwich menu, just to make your mouth water!
