Circles meets weekly for 6 weeks on July 6, 13, 20, 27, August 3, August 10
Time: 10am-11:15am
Location: Kaia Yoga at The Mill (328 Pemberwick Rd., Greenwich, CT 06831)

Attendees: Moms with babies 0-3 months old that live in Fairfield County, CT
Classes: The circle meets once a week. The postpartum doula holds an interactive space for women to share and learn. Relevant topics are discussed each week-- birth stories, feeding, sleep, emotions, activity time (handouts included).
Note: This an informal environment where you can feed, sooth and change your baby.
